October 2011: Josh Veal and WR Haidas Cowgirl owned by Yellow Creek Ranch won both the Open & L/O Divisions of the Heartbreak Ridge Performance Horses Derby! Josh also rode Chex To Yellow Creek owned by Yellow Creek Ranch to a Reserve Champion finish in the Spikenard Farms Futurity!The Non Pros did well too! Lucas McCullough was Reserve Champion in the Non Pro Division of the Spikenard Farm Futurity. Sareece Brown & DMAC Spoon Tango finished Reserve Champions in both the Non Pro and Amateur divisions of the derby.
August 2011: Josh Veal and WR Haidas Cowgirl owned by Yellow Creek Ranch won the Georgia Open Derby!
